I remember when summoned demons, especially imps, would make sounds and talk when you summoned them or ordered them to attack certain things.
Now they’re mute… what happened? Is this a bug… intented… and how do we get it back?

Imp a particular become less vocal. Succubus and Felguard still speak more or less frequently. My Shivarra still has all her voice lines from the MoP, Wrathguard voice lines was redone in BFA.
Okay but that’s weird then, because my imp says nothing. Not when I summon him, not when he attacks or dies… doesn’t even make a sound…
What do the demons say for you then?

idk, the imp makes some weird sounds, doesn’t talk, idk if he ever did actually talk or it was all just text messages somebody correct me if im wrong, succubus says “couldn’t resist”,“now what?”, felhunter doesn’t talk, don’t think he ever did, and voidwalker says “i don’t like this place”, “send me back” and the felguard says “you cannot command me”, “who dares summon me”.
there might be more lines but im too lazy to summon/resummon them.

It is fel imp, void lord, observer, shivarra and wrathguard, they are fine, their lines are intact. But normal imp lost all his lines.
