Work harder, slave.

He gonna grind for Mag’har so:

“WE WILL NEVER BE SLAVES!”

they are bound to the same faction you do the main war questline for
alliance it is the 7th legion and horde have Honorbound

you can earn rep by grinding WQ on the opposite factions island (so 7th legion rep is griended by doing any wq on zandalar and honorbound rep is earned by doing any wq on kultrias), finish the weekly island azerite cap or doing the emissary quests whenever they are up.

mind you it will take longer than the other reps to grind because the rep you earn from each wq is smaller (at least it was last time I checked) but you should be able to earn 200 or 500 rep each day if you do all the wqs (I think)

I will help you, my friend.

As others explained, 7th Legion is the rep for DID and Honorbound is the rep for Mag’har. You can do their introduction questline/scenario once you hit exalted.

You can earn rep by:

  • Doing WQs on the enemy continent.
  • Doing WQs in a warfront zone, whenever those are unlocked, which is when your faction controls the zone (the “patrol phase”).
  • Doing the emissary whenever it is up (four of any Honorbound/7th Legion WQs).
  • Doing the war campaign quests, which are the main storyline quests that involve you travelling to the enemy continent.
  • Some of your faction’s towns on the enemy continent offer some quests that award rep, usually bounty quests. These appear during the war campaign.
  • Contribution quests for the warfront offer a small amount of rep. Contribution quests activate when you are in a contribution phase of a warfront, which means you are “gathering resources” to “launch an assault”. These contribution quests involve turning in gold, war resources or crafting materials.
  • You also get a nice chunk of reputation from completing the island expedition azerite cap, which is usually maxed out after 4 island expeditions.
  • You get some reputation from the faction assaults. They launch every 12 hours for 7 hours, You can track their location and the time until the next assault on wowhead. You can also track warfronts there, by the way.
  • Finally, you can buy “contracts”. These are crafted by inscriptors and make you gain a small amount of reputation with your contracted reputation whenever you complete any WQ on Kul Tiras or Zandalar.

My advice: don’t burn yourself out. Don’t rush it and do every single world quest. Do the occasional faction assault (especially when it lines up with an emissary), do the emissary whenever its up, reach your weekly island expedition quest and do the warfront WQs. Many warfront rares drop mounts, toys and pets.
