I’m trying to do quests in a proper order (as they were released) and I found out that I missed that cinematic. I think I did every related quest line. Where did I miss it? The cinematic is about Fyrakk torturing Gerithrius and it was released few days before 10.1.7 patch.

I believe Shandris shares it before the questline that is prior to the emerald dream chapters. If you used the item given by Merithra when the first emerald dream quest pops up, it is possible you skipped it?
Yeah pretty sure you go on a few quests with Shandris, kill some primalists and then sneak behind Fyrakk and Vyranoth which ends with you two hiding in a bush and the cinematic playing.
No she is talking about the one with Fyrakk torturing Gerithus, that one is just talking to Shandris BEFORE you do that questline iirc as you ask her what has happened or some such.
