I forgot the exact Renown req with Valdrakken, but it’s a book sold by the stable master in the city of Valdrakken itself.
My hunter is maxed in almost all Factions since forever (already at 11 with Emerald Guardians), so sorry about the exact number needed.
You can actually see it in the “rewards line” of the Valdrakken rep when you log in with a hunter character, but it’s easy to miss in all those icons and levels.
