Where is DK armor talent? Paladin and warrior have 20% passive armor increase

So, Paladin and Warrior have 20% passive armor in base talent tree. Where is same 20% armor for DK ?
Waiting for rework. Garbage base tree and garbage Frost tree.

Playing a DK in retail wow pvp is like that torture tactic, where the victim gets a false sense of hope, only to have it taken away from them. Thought this expansion would be different. If DKs are good one week, just know we won’t be the next one (thanks blizzard)
