The same thing happened during Brewfest, it went away at midnight and came back on the next day.

Seems to be active only in dungeons per now
My guess is that the buff is programmed to run off automatically after 4 weeks and someone at blizzard has to turn it on again manually.

It’s back, took only two full days to fix. Good work for such a small independent company.
Typical Blizzard procedure, people shouldn’t be surprised as to how they do things, that’s why I’m done, i already cancelled my sub so probably i will not be able to post here.
