Where is my Traders Tender?

I just subscribed which always gives me 500 Traders Tender but it’s not there. Why haven’t I received it?

The same has just happened for me. I just re-subscribed after a few months off, and there are no Trader’s Tender to loot from the casket at the Trading Post. The casket is not glowing and I have not received any Trader’s Tender when I check my Currency tab. I have shut down the game and reloaded several times, and disabled all addons, but it doesn’t change anything.

The Trader’s Tenders arrived today, a day late. So apparently there can be some kind of delay from paying your subscription till the Trader’s Tenders are available at the Trading Post.
