Where is the Horde Halloween vendor?

I’ve tried everything—Googling, asking ChatGPT, browsing forums…

But I still can’t figure out where the Halloween vendor is for the Horde.

I keep hearing about an orc boy named Chub, but every time I head to Undercity, where he’s supposed to be, all I find is a ruined, poison-filled mess…

Can anyone help?

Undercity, new items are on the Vendor beside the wand and pet vendors by the entrance, beside the daily NPC to Stink Bomb Stormwind.

If you can’t see UC you need to talk to an NPC heading towards plaguelands at a fork of the road [she’ll have a spotlight over her]. There’s 3 difference phases of the place, you want the one where there’s no scarring of the land with Brill still intact.
