With a priest you can solopull and peel living humans by abusing spellbatching with mc, the problem is usually to get past the undead packs.
shadow and flame reflectors sell for a pretty penny while they are relatively cheap to make. flame reflectors in particular are very valuable since the recipe is a b**** to get your hands on, and its useful in both pvp and pve.
I afforded my epic mount by farming essence of air from the dust stormers in Western Silithus.
They sell for 10g each on my server.
Doing it for felcloth gloves crafting - so it may be profitable, 100+gold goes from auction house. But if to purely farm felcloth for auction house you’re probably right
Most effective would be to set up your own bot from another account.
Its tricky at start, but you will get use to it.
Or if you still enjoy doing old school way, above had some nice tips.
Luckily in one day i found 3 arcane crystal and reduced my gold need with 150g. Yesterday got my epic mount from a super scholo full run (quest event included) with some awesome alliance players.

For the record, I did lasher runs (nerfed but it’s still okay income), SM runs for weapon chain recipe drop (also sold boosts to lowbies), healed dungeons and lots of jump runs with a couple friends.
Most of my gold for my mount came from flipping things on the AH though.

Solo farming lashers in DM:E is alright and will net you 20-30g/hr. It’s pretty mindless so you can easily watch something on your TV / 2nd monitor while you do it.
If you can find a warrior to regularly do some 2 man DM:E jump runs with I’d say that’s your best bet, provided at least one of you have Mining. If you also have Herbalism and Enchanting it’s even better.
Besides that I’d recommend you start leveling a Mage or Warlock to farm gold with tbh. I realize you don’t have a lot of time to play, but if you just level it while you have some rested XP you could be 60 on it within a month or two. If you prepare some gear for your alt to use throughout the leveling process it’ll be quite fast and will also get you some gold while you’re at it. There’s some spots where you’d just grind mobs and that alone could net you 25-50g/hr.

Make a lvl 60 gnome mage, go zf, farm mobs, 600 vdeio guide, get rich.
Some guy already, around 20k gold.

Doing quests at lvl60 is surprisingly good gold source especially dungeon quest runs. You can get that 250g in less than 2 days from quests and vendoring quest rewards and random drops.
