Yeah for some reason they decided to move all the class trainers in SW and OG to one place including portal trainers. Other cities/expansions still have portal trainers in the same place where the teleport/portal takes you to.

I think they have a Portal Trainer in the portal hall in Org as well, but I wasn’t sure.

If it’s the same as SW then no because shortly after SL launched I went to where it used to be on a new alt to learn teleports but it wasn’t there.
