Pretty much the Title. What is the easiest way to get a azerite item of the highest quality. Preferably one with good traits.
There is no easy way to get 415 azurite. If you want such a high ilvl piece you gonna have to do it the hard way.
Such threads are a disgrace.

i dont think it will be easy,
i only want to know what the easiest way is
like, is M+ 10 weekly easier than farming the first mythic boss,
or maybe i forgot a posibility, something like that
as far as I know you cant get 415 azerite gear from m+ directly, only from the weekly chest. Only way is to farm mythic raids or save up titan residium (7k+) for a 415 piece

Farming residuum is easiest method, but time consuming.
- First boss mythic + coin. Or get a better group and try maybe also monkey? Check loot tables of your specs if you can skip some non-azerite loot by changing it.
- weekly M+ cache to get residuum
- disenchant or scrap heroic BoD azerite gear
- weekly M0 run through every dungeon and BoD normal for small amount of residuum from loot.

Do an m+10 or higher each week.
Finish your island expeditions each week because the mission has a chance to give titan residuum.
Do invasions and quests/content that give Azerite pieces of 370ilvl or higher that you can scrap for TR.
Some professions have crafted 415ilvl gear with good traits (at least I know engineering has💪).
Get on mythic raids, 1st boss is a loot pinata.
It’s fairly easy to get 415ilvl gear with the TR vendor. I already have x2 from vendor, x1 from engineering and x1 from BoD 1st boss. And all that being casual af.

You cant get it from weekly chest anymore.
