Where to kill King Rastakhan?

Got a quest to kill him but not sure where? Do I kill him in the siege of dazar’alor raid?

end boss in SOD, you might find it hard to get a group for it as its an old raid but not solo-able either

If it is the war campain quest you can do it in LFR.
