seeing as housing is new and a staple. azeroth will still be home.
so my bet would be we fight the holy/void war
the other void lords etc
what lies beyond that? are we just gonna scale this up cosmically to the point we fight god or something?

you bring up good ways to go forwards though. I don’t mean to ignore them. Point 1 and 2. But what I wanna know is what will blizzard make story off when we are done fighting the cosmic forces? When we are done being the main hero character.
is blizzard gonna follow this cosmic scale it up forever?

World of Warcraft: A Realm Reborn
The biggest problem is, that we’re trying to save Azeroth. But we have no idea, what happens to a world once a World Soul is born into a Cosmic Being. Will it shatter the planet, and if not, can the planet even survive without its World Soul? So will we have to Kill Azeroth, or subdue it somehow, keeping it from being born.
These are the questions we need answers to before we can even speculate where the story will be heading 
if we did all this work to save her. Only to then b slap her back to bed i swear to the loa -.-
That’s basically Blizzards writing. No one is truly good or evil anymore. Just look at us spending an entire expansion hunting Xal’atath, only for it to end with us literally playing bestie with her. And next Saturday, when our favorite Saturday Morning Cartoon Foot Lady returns, we will hunt her some more, while she twirls her mustache.
Most Recent Examples: Xal’atath, Xe’ra, Icy Dragon Lady
And Elune finally makes an appearance and exacts her vengeance on Magni. I’d pay for that storyline. Anything that results in a Magni-free cosmos.
