I just got a new on use trinket but when i proc it, the discription has a speling error.
If you spend your time reporting spelling errors, youâll never have time to play.
But the answer is :
- In-Game Menu
- Support
- Submit feedback or Bug Report
- Submit a Bug
Not gonna file a ticket for a spelling error.
If a mod reads this:
The trinket is the Spoils of Neltharus and when it procs it is supposed to say, i guess,âŚdeals X damage but says dealths, in the spell notification icon up top.
Well, itâs not a ticket. You just type in your bug and forget. Itâll go on The List.
What differs a bug report and a ticket is that you will never ever get any response on the bug report. You just have to hope that it get read and categorised and not disappear into the void.
Youâd have a true blast counting the spelling mistakes in German quest textsâŚ
Iâm sorry but I find this rather funny and ironic given you have several spelling errors yourself.
You use the âsubmit a bugâ option in help and one day it may change.
Big difference. Making a ticket wastes GM time. If waste-tickets like that didnât exist GMs might respond to tickets much faster.
I doubt bug reports are ignored., theyâll be triaged and given a priority. While it might be an easy fix thereâs probably many other higher priority bugs.
Sure, but it would be nice with an automated system that would confirm that the bug report indeed is delivered. Bugs is not exclusive to the game content, but also the user interfaces and overlays, and it is not impossible for the bug report system to break in some way that would create a situation where no reported bugs actually goes through after clicking the âSubmitâ-button.
THe difference between my omission of a letter and their mistake is that i am not charging money for my content.
Apart from that i just think it is helpful if i point this out. If nobody did then that mistake would most likely remain in the game.
Would you rather i not tell them?
I told you how to tell them. I just find it funny.
At least you donât have a woke inclusive driven translator who systematically name both genre (Male adventurer and female adventurer) in every sentence he can make it work, like we have in french, while leaving stupid translation mistakes (like the Chest token being translated to ââCoffre de classeââ - which is a stupid homophone error done 2 patch in a row confusing Chest (Box) and Chest (Torso)). By moments French translation is not far from being unreadable since DF pre-patch.
And reporting them solve nothing since they assume it as being intentional (which was communicated by a Blue post).
