In Original MoP SoA was up already on release, now we have zero information when it appears in Classic.
Given how it drops both PvP items and PvE tiers, we need to know does it spawn tonight or next reset or next phase or when.
No point spending VPs or CPs until this information is given.
It’s almost certainly going to start spawning next weekly reset, just like how BH bosses also showed up a week after raids.
