Which addon does this? (Ilvl-ilvl) showcase

I am looking for the name of the addon, or function within an addon, that shows the ilvl-upgrade path possible, like shown in the screenshot.
The parts in the brackets, so you can see how high an item can be upgraded to.

    Was M+ Adventure Guide addon, shows up as M+ Miscalleons in game… :dracthyr_sweat:
