Which battleground gives more average honor points/hour?

I want to farm some honor to acquire some pieces for PVE purposes. So I am wondering which battleground gives more honor points/hour (on average) Given that:

I play horde, I queue solo and not in a premade, so my average win rate is around 50% (or less if I face premades). I play a Tauren druid tank (so I can carry flags or tank AV bosses). As horde AV queues are long (around 20-30mins).

I need around 40K honor. Thanks for the information.

Usually whichever has BG weekend on.

You need marks anyway for the pieces. Id Just grind x marks you need per item and see then how much honor is missing. Gl

I am already done with the marks I need 60 AV marks and 20 AB marks. Honor seems to be the hardest part.

AV on AV weekend is best to go. You can farm your desired 40K in it’s duration, even more.

AB is not bad either for honour.
