Which class is next for all races?

i haven’t seen anything about this yet , do we know if a class will be available to all races with 10.2 ? they didn’t mention it in the roadmap either but i’m still curious if there are anything datamined

With Void being the major theme lately and in the current 11.0 leaks on some websites, I may be so broad and say it’s Paladin. It would fit into the expansion theme described by the leaks.

Edit: Especially with the 10.1.7 quest lines reforming a Paladin order… It seems just plausible.

yeah paladin makes sense for launch or the first update but with 10.2 being a kinda druid update i expected druids to become available for all races before 11.0 but i guess that won’t happen

Well we’re down to the classes that require effort. Druids require different forms for each race, shamans require totems, paladins require racial mounts. Totems sounds like the least work to me though maybe I’m wrong I don’t have any knowledge of the creation process of such assets.

Although it is possible they release paladins first and update their mount later, it has been like that for most races in the past.

I think in 10.2.5 or 10.2.7 theyre going to drop shaman, druid, and paladin all at once.
Theyve set up the story for their addition across the expansion and the story is coming to its end.

Demon hunter and evoker will remain exclusive.

The issue with Druid is that it is exceptionally difficult to deliver to more races. They need to design hundreds of new models.

Theyre adding lots of new druid forms in 10.2
Its very possible imo that they were also working on druid for all races whilst doing this.

I want paladin class for void and/or night elves.

So far that only seems to suggest Night Elf and Kul Tiran rather than all. Unless they are going to elaborate on that.

I guess time will tell.

Some of the new upcoming druid forms look kinda vulpera or panda like, so I think we’ll get some new druid races in 10.2.5. Wouldn’t count on all races, but a few more.

Yeah, totems just need a model with a very simple skeleton and some particle animations and they are set.

Paladin mounts might need a full new animated model styled after the race. Might.

Though wouldn’t have hurt to be able to pick between the different racial mounts as paladin or totems as shaman.

For druid it would be a bit more silly seeing a tauren with long ears or night elf with horns (not really considering antlers), but then Legion did give us homogenized forms through the legendary.

they already do, mage rogue priests become available to all at df launch i think the ones left are druid shaman paladin demon hunter and evoker .

They will use copy paste like with Worgens. We all know that their feral form should have been a wolf. So hardly an issue here
