Which class will always be a good DPS?

Typically, pure dps classes (i.e. Warlocks, Rogues, Mages and Hunters (although on certain bosses they just fall because of lack of defensives)) always do well in raid-tiers. Even if one of their specs is underperforming (either in ST, AoE or maybe even both), usually one of the other specs is gonna be great. So if you are okay with having to sometimes play a different spec, these classes will almost always be a safe pick for a top 5 dps performer.

If you are going to say bloodlust on shaman and Dragons
should probably add it as note for hunters as well

Summon pet and use bl is ‘hard’?

You sound clueless.

Writing posts early in the morning without coffee is hazardous to social interractions, as you can clearly see.

That said, while hunters trnd to be good on the damage front they tend to have survivability issues the other pure DPS classes do not have.

Warlock its almost always OP and super boring.
If they end up decent or just good blizzard buff them until they are top.

Oh, they already nerfed Ret in PvP.
I think if they nerf them again, it will again be PvP-only scalar adjustments because literally no one in their right mind would care about Rets doing too much damage in PvE, because there it contributes for all, only hurting damage-meter loving egoists.

Warlock is almost always a safe bet.

Even if the class by any chance underperforms you have a raid spot because of the insane raid utility from gate and healthstones.

Thats some huge bs tbh, or you need to do a +25 or something.

I’d say mages and locks for Raiding and rogues/DH for M+

No one.

But usually, locks, rogues seems to be good on average.

No one is immune to bad balance though, for example, mage has been one of the better classes usually, but now it’s not really good.

That’s funny because Mage was literally dog all season

Did we conveniently forget that arcane is also a mage spec, you know the spec that was blasting in both pvp and pve at the start of the season. And once that started falling off both frost and fire started climbing to the middle of the pack. I don’t think being a mid to good dps should be called a dog class.

On +22 Nokhud our 416 ilvl ‘survival’ hunter got 1 shotted by gale arrow (3rd boss) already.

Fire is one of the highest-represented specs in M+ , second only to Sub Rogue, and this data includes all tanks and healers as well.

Mage and Warrior
These two have consistently been between Good to Amazing when they have the gear to power their damage factory.
So even 1 of their DPS specs will do well.

Well then he is bad tbh, give us more context. Probably he stood in more then 1 attack.

Nope. Was just a 1 shot. 318k HP, gale arrow more than 320k.
2 defensives with 3 minutes CD. 4 gale arrows during the fight. Good luck without externals of other players.

Rogue and Mage are always good

Well well you have another game then

Ignore people telling you mage is a safe bet, its being consistently ignored this expac and doing meh dps, no one is going to take you for 20 or higher mythic+ thats how bad it is.
