So i have been playing priest and i dont find it useful for me, i played shaman a bit and the lava burst is always crit so i think it is more beneficial for shamans. Do you know any other class/spec that benefits from this racial? Could be a healer too

To give you a serious answer, any spec that favours crit or will build for crit, as when we get to the point of possible 50% crit, then cow racial starts to really outperform all other passive racials.
Shaman: Ele shaman due to certain crits is a big plus
Resto shaman as they favour crit and get high base crit on tidal waves on Surge.
Enh not bad either if you run chain harvest (which increases viability of a crit build)
Hunters - kill shot already gets a modifier on crit dmg so running with big crit chance is good for many hunters for this, especially if running Venthyr. MM more so due to crit bonus talents.
Priest: shadow gets lots of base crit on bottom talent row with VF. Disc gets nothing special sadly, but as Disc dpses and DPS cannot overheal, it’s a good return on Brawn for them. Holy likes crits due to mastery benefitting from the combination so anything that makes the crit bigger, is good.
Monk: sadly no special interactions, although BrM love crit due to CF so they’ll get mileage from brawn. Plus cow monk is cool, this said my own cow monk is HMT!
Paladin: holy gets a lot of baseline crit so brawn is very good and we get lots of value from it. Less so for other specs outside of Ret in PvP (where crit is a better stat)
DK: no special interactions except Frost, due to Killing Machine brawn gets great value here, so a crit heavy frost cow running a build optimised for crit (Icecap or Obliteration) us great. My own cow DK runs 2hand obliteration build but will move to Icecap when my base crit gets higher.
Warrior: No special interactions due to no baked in crits sadly. Cow no better or worse than others except we look cool. I’m not sure which warrior specs if any value crit ATM.
EDIT Fury gets base crit on recklessness so cow is nice here, I forgot. If you run a high crit build and lowwr CDs on recklessness I can see decent brawn value here.
Druid: No druid spec values crit on its own highly enough to make this an especially cool racial.
So answer is all tauren classes are beat rolled as tauren…
But if you want TECHNICAL answer them I’d say:
Great: Ele shaman, Resto shaman, Frost DK, Venthyr Hunters and MM hunters, Shadow Priest, Holy Paladin
Good: Venthyr Enh Shaman, Non-Venthyr hunters outside of MM, BrM, Holy Priest, Disc Priest, Fury Warrior with recklessness focused build.
Rest just decent and scale with how much crit you build for.

You can see what races are best for what class/specs on blood mallet but it will involve going through each one yourself

You’ll notice racial abilities are very close in performance. It is like that for every spec. I think you could go through every single spec and not really find a “winner”.

Correct. I took OPs question as “with cow racial which get most from it?”
If looking objectively as in “best overall” then all are so close as to make it near pointless to theorycraft. But I understood OP to mean “if I’m making a cow and want to get most from racial, which classes?”
