Best group utility and most wanted.
Also best for soloing.
If you want easy times, play Arcane Mage 
You just spam 1 button - Arcane Missiles in Dungeons and BGs.
Healing? Well if the class is enjoyable enough then maybe.
1 button is kinda boring so ill skip on that idea.
I’d say warlock, 3 specs that really differ with updated animations/graphics.
Alot of cool sets to collect and generally pretty cool class fantasy.
( not that mage or priest are not cool or anything but to each their own

I’d say warlock is best is you want to soolo stuff. As a demo lock you really can solo pretty much anything and with pet you can soolo bosses that require 2 ppl like thorim in ulduar.
I recall soloing him after wod many times, did they change it again?
Mage has portals so less flying around and waiting
priest can heal and dps
warlock can solo what others cannot
Been some time since I was there, but probably within 2-3 years span, but if i recall right you need some1 to stay in the arena for the fight while you go yourself through the gauntlet?
if your going for transmogs then go for healing.
as an example, that 1 dragon boss in icecream citadel, you need to heal that thing to 100% for you to “defeat” the encounter
Was able to solo thorims gauntlet in legion with ease, I think they put “cooldown period” on that gauntlet so you can do running and kill him.
Haven’t tried in bfa, thats why I asked if they changed it( Kinda got sick of trying toget mimirons head)
And valithra can be done just healing with neck essence. Previously with bandages.
Or just run past him and skip if you don’t need any mogs from him.
I went with a priest.
Looked at mage and well it seemed arcane was boring, fire has never tickled me(hello crits, are you there?), frost was tempting but the spells confused me.
Warlock was as option but meh on pet management.
Priest offers healing and discipline looks odd and fun.

Now actually you don’t need a healer. I did it with this girl and her Crucible of Flame essence on the major slot.
As for the OP question, I would say Warlock, they’ve cool tmog sets (you can farm vanilla raids as well), good utility (burning rush + boots from Crucible of Storms for max speed) and they’ve a pet taunt.
