Which corruptions are worth saving echoes for visions/M+?

I am trying to optimize my DH for visions and some M+ on the side and I wanted some opinions on which of the corruptions I should bet my echoes on.
Out of the ones on the vendor right now Icy veins recommends Expedient (+12% haste).
What do you think about the best corruptions for visions/M+?

Im no massive mythic expert but i reckon haste and a rank 3 twilight devastation as the haste will cause it to procc alot more

Twilight Devastation. Haste probably not so much since you allready get massive amounts of haste 8 sec after Eyebeam.

For m+ Twilight devastation is best+ if you have weapons from ra-den you have all you need to do m+ big dmg!
