Which Covenant Campaign has the best story?

In your opinion, best by any means: most lore? most important characters? most rounded? etc…

Probably necrolord for the unexpected nostalgia ending.

My favourite will be a Craftinium if its mecha / engineering related covenant for gnomes and goblins.

Kyrian makes for the best self-contained narrative, but is a bit weird to play through since it includes the Spires of Ascension dungeon which played out of sequence for most people.

Night Fae is the most interesting from a lore perspective, shining more light on many past character motivations and tying up several loose ends. But it is incredibly fragmented and haphazard, more like a loose collection of different scenes and vignettes than anything approaching a coherent narrative.

Didn’t care for Venthyr and Necrolord. Like, at all. I know, it has both KTs, stuff, things, a big finale etc. But it never really felt like anything more than bland and empty pandering, parading popular characters in front of my face with little actual substance, with the possible exception of that one sequence with Mograine. Thematically, it didn’t feel like a continuation of the levelling storylines, it felt like doing those stirylines all over again, fixing exact same problems for the exact same NPCs in the exact same manner. Probably doesn’t help either that the latter half of the two campaigns are essentially the same sequence. If you’ve done one, you have essentially done the other and wouldn’t miss much by skipping it.

Parts of nihhtfae campaign were cool.
Saving Teldrasil souls from torghast to releaae them in Ardenweald was kinda touching, for example.

Maldraxxus is a story how everything basically crubled on itself Primus built, but really, what did he expected? Maldraxxus is where all the mighty, all the souls consumed with great determination, those who maintain an unending drive to make their mark upon death, those who strove for greatness and the ambitious are are forged by the fires of war in a realm of unending conflict, a place of brutality and bravery…
No surpise it turned on itslef and teard itself apart … and I’m not sure Kel’Thuzad even had to lift a finger
Not a great story to be honest
The Venthry, interstingly, that shares the ending and a few episodes just from the given Covenant’s perspective is ay bater, dare I say the best?
Night fae had so much potential, but they made a very big mistake, the same mistake they made with N’Zoth and the black empire; crammed together so many stories and rushed the whole thing… restorning the Heart, war with the Drust, Ysera, Nightwarrior… every story on its own could have been beter, but together?Too much, to rushed, and no conection, no sense at all
