Yeah, sylvanas is a walking, talking corpse, she’s probably all cold and icky. And red eyes with blueish-pale skin are not my definition of “pretty”. She looks like she needs medical attention.

Pretty sure one of the books describes Sylvanas as this horrible creature with flaky peeling cold skin and missing flesh. Wish I could remember which one but it was not a pretty description, lol.

Check your eyesights. We have several up close shots of her face in the recent cinematics and her skin is flawless in every single one.
Oh, and the answer to the thread is Lor’Themar/Anduin for the men and Jaina/Alleria for the women. The remaining gaggle of uggos are hardly even contenders.
Anduin is the best looking woman in the game, hands down.
