Thas’dorah, Legacy of the Windrunners is the bow.

Think the armours bastion mail set. Colour looks darker on your screeny though, might just be the lighting.

Is the bow skin obtainable now? Keystone master achievement can be done to a SL mythic + ? or I should have done it when legion was current expansion?

You can do a 15 for it now yes :slight_smile: and its a long fun questline

armor set is from the kyrian covenant path of ascension ( there are 2 versions iirc)
wpn is from one of legion’s artifact skins.
