Well, here is the page for system specs:
You should be fine with either.
When I look up the Asus, I see different, and higher, specs
but you may be looking at a slightly different model.
An i5 and a 1650 is your bog-standard spec for a machine that will play Retail, much less Classic, since Classic/TBC has MUCH lighter computer requirements.
I would definitely try for 8GB of memory and 512GB of disk. You may get away with running WoW alone with less, but if you want a browser handy to look things up, check YouTube for how to do something, you could find your performance impacted. And as for disk, never underestimate the need to hold spare space for upgrades.
But if your component list is at least
Any i5 of the last 4 or 5 years
GTX 1650 graphics
8GB RAM
512GB disk
you should be quite safe.
You may also want to plug in an external keyboard and mouse, and it’s always good to get an external disk drive for backup and any swapping you have to do, but that is obviously up to you.
So from what I gather from your post, I’d go for the Asus, but since the results I’m getting are different from what you posted, you can maybe put links to the specific machines if you want more.
You can post links either by inserting spaces or by highlighting the link and clicking the </> button you see at the top of your edit box, like:
