Which Loa do you bargain with?

Eleven days until we get 8.1.5 and Zandalari trolls officially become playable. So I have a question to ask everyone that’s planning on roleplaying a Zandalari troll. Well, two questions.

It’s typical for trolls to choose one Loa to serve above all others, outside of a few exceptions, such as shadow hunters. So which Loa is your Zandalari going to devote itself to, and how are you going to roleplay that devotion?

With very little lore out there about the philosophies of the Loa, there’s going to be a bit of personal interpretation when it comes to roleplaying how our characters worship them. Now is a good opportunity to share ideas, and get a good grasp of which Loa are popular and which are not.

I will base everything around what fits the class, so these are mine.

Paladin - Torcali
Warrior - Nalorakk
Monk - Kimbul
Mage - Gral
Druid - Pa’ku
Shaman - Krag’wa

Rezan of course

Takat the Iridescent, his family loa.

Mine are going to worship a family loa that are twin serpents joined at the tail. With them worshiping one serpent over the other (and the 3rd is a keeper, she attends to both without showing bias)

Zanjari worships the loa of vengeance, Quetz’lun. Though she doesn’t answer to her prayers that much, Zanjari doesn’t give up on the worship and sends loads of souls to her each day.

Krag’wa, the loa of swole  :muscle:

Vol’jin! Loa of the Horde! Loa of Heroes? Well, whatever he turns out to be!

I think loa worship depends on your profession. My zandalari for instance comes from a family of fishermon who worship Gral, loa of the sea.

However he breaks away from that and worships big daddy Bwonsamedi instead for personal reasons.

Could it be because she’s dead? <u<

Gotta go with Gonk when you druid.

My Mage is my only current Zandalari concept. She’ll be based around Pa’ku, favouring either the mistral or sirocco.

Any self-respecting rogue should bend their knee before the great and powerful God of Garbage, Jani. :muscle:

Shadra’s a good alternative, despite being dead.

She’ll be back, this isn’t the 1st time she’s died.

Is it too much of a typical answer to say my Troll (no, not a Zandalari) Shaman follows the almighty Bwonsamdi?

Still the best character the Horde story has ever gotten. Jani might be a close second.
