Since Ret prioritizes haste now, why do people consider Porcelain Crab A tier but [Accelerating Sandglass] B tier?
Sim it to be sure. All depens how much haste you have now and could benefit more from other stats.
ALways make sure to get all trinkets and use depending on raid encounter or affixes.
Same does not only hold true for ret, but also for hpal.
e.g. voodoo totem gives a lay of hands on 90sec cd for throne fortified absorb or something. only use situation dependent then.
But ye the crab scales worse in dps output but it is important that the procs happen at the right time and the hourglass can give u its proc while off cd.
