• Azshara’s Font of Power (drops from Azhara last tier)
  ^ Regardless of it being low itemlevel, it will be better!

If you are NOT running double on use :

• Corrupted Gladiator’s Badge (PVP reward)
• Psyche Shredder (Prophet Skitra, new raid)
