I have zero experience in skinning and I don’t know which class to choose. Actually I have a lvl 120 worgen druid and thinking about to lvl up a hunter but I’m open to any suggestions.
Which class fits skinning best?
Lorewise I’d say a hunter? Because hunters… you know… hunt…
Other possibility would be a druid I guess, since “respect nature, use all parts of the animal to respect its sacrifice” blabla.
But that could be true for a hunter as well, as one could play a hunter that loves nature.
But if you want to make money I’d avoid skinning like the plague. It’s the worst out of the three gathering professions.
Lorewise, as Saeryn said, Hunter (its why on earth they use mail armor is beyond me… not the best for sneaking pworling, hunting…)
If you want craft, paired with leatherwork, then I guess some leather using class, like Rogue, maybe…
If you want money, forget skinning, mining and herb are the source of a good income
Priests.
Priests skin people in Italy.
If you want to pair it with leatherworking then any leather/mail class (hunter, rogue, druid in the case of worgens).
Lorewise as people said it fits hunter the most.
Yes, my main reason was the moneymaking. I don’t have a skinner character so I wanted to give it a try.
