Whirling Dragon Punch is bugged (bug)

Since 8.1, there have been many instances of Whirling Dragon Punch not being available when it should be. These include but are not limited to: Whirling Dragon Punch coming off CD when both RSK and FoF are on CD. Whirling Dragon Punch coming off CD between you using FoF and RSK and even just Whirling Dragon Punch coming off CD sligthly before RSK and FoF will. This last one is not as consistent, it might only happen if you are low on Chi and low on Energy while WDP comes off CD.

The general theme here seems to be that WDP has to be off cooldown itself, before you get your FoF and RSK on CD. Before 8.1 it worked perfectly, where even small gaps between RSK coming off CD and FoF finishing would let you blast off with WDP, and i miss those days

Nice to know I’m not the only person this is happening to. But it is very annoying. Would be great if they could fix it.

I second that
Whirling Dragon Punch stays disabled every once in a while, while you have both Rising Sun Kick and Fists of Fury on cooldown. It happens at least once per boss fight. If you wait until one of the two abilities come off cooldown and you use them, WDP gets fixed, but it’s annoying nonetheless as it’s downtime for the monk while there isn’t supposed to be one
