Ok, so i’ve completed all the pre reqs i know of to try and start the questline (on my pally) but i can’t see the quest giver. Doesn’t matter if i’m in the heart chamber or Boralus & Stormwind. Do i need to complete the base campaign of BFA for it to show up? like the Tiragarde Stormsong and Drustvar ones? or am i just bugged? cause i’ve yet to do that campaign but i had ready access to all the other campaigns in BFA.
