Sometimes a white box appears in the top-left corner, covering the entire game including the UI. Sometimes the entire screen is white. If I got to participate in a raid and this happened, I would expect the raid would be ruined because I wouldn’t be able to do anything, right? So isn’t this kind of a big deal? Can someone please address and solve it?
