Basically the title. I try to find who a person is, nobody is supposedly online.
Particularly annoying when you want to report someone you suspect is using an AH bot.

This is apparently an issue that is âbeing looked intoâ which was stated all the way back in September 2020. Itâs been an issue since 8.3 and there are several topics. I too have this issue, as do many others, but I donât know if theyâre actually looking into it, since other GMâs says we need to report it as a bug in-game.

Nobody gets a response from a bug report. Not just you. Also âbeing looked intoâ does not mean âbeing worked onâ. It just means that they looked into what is causing the issue, to decide if it is a simple, or complicated fix, and then added it to their âTODOâ list.
It is probably a very low priority issue to them, given all the other bugs.
I didnât mean a response to the bug report. I butcher it whenever I try to explain things, thatâs my bad. What I meant, was that I too have asked, on the forum, whether or not it was looked into or not, since every post got different answers.
Merely out of curiosity. I just hope it gets fixed soon! I may have come across as complaining or something, which was not at all my intent.

Well, the forum moderators, especially the EU based ones, are not in contact with the developers. They canât really ask them whats going on, as I understand it. So the reason you donât get a reply, I suspect is because they donât know either.
Thatâs fair! I actually donât know how it works. This is the first time ever that I use the forums! But yes, I hope this might get fixed soon!
Guys, open tickets. They have ignored this since last year, not right they keep ignoring it and hoping noone cares. Itâs a huge feature to just be broken.
