The vault method worked for me
It took a 3-4 hours, just don’t forget the buff is gone if you loot a scroll, so kill with yout gorup a tons of mobs, pop the buff, loot, then repeat

Tried that twice.
Cleared the vaults for over 40 minutes with the buff up and got one scroll.

Vulpera Racial Feature: 2 show up, and 5 minutes later you’ve got the whole swarm.

It took me a while before the scrolls started to drop but took me like 3-4 hours and I got all my scrolls. Join a group or make one and its faster, best if you’re the only group in the vault.
