These Forbidden Reach treasures are killing me…
At this point I am fairly convinced Morqut Provisions simply do not exist, nor the Irontide Stash 
Not to mention that trice cursed Loot Specialist 
Same… I still also need to find all the damn scrolls… Only got 10

Try on Warmode on.
Buy the buff that shows the chests on the map and start flying.
There are fewer people in Warmode.
Because if someone opens a chest in front of you, they won’t show it to you, but you can open it for about 15 seconds.
Take a lot of the buff and find a group (max 5 ppl) and start killing the mobs in Froststone vault.
Kill the mobs for about 5 minutes, then apply the buff and loot.
If you loot a scroll, the buff will disappear from you, so you need more of it.

I took a break and now I have so much to do just to get this achievement.
I currently am missing two achievements, but the worst part is unfortunatly the primal storms. They are being a pain since i’ve not seen one in the Waking shores as of yet or one in Thaldrazsus.
It’s becoming frustrating because we litterally had 45 storms in Azure span and almost none in the others.
Once I get home from work I will write down a method here that may help alleviate the RNG factor of the book from the vault, if you have a few max level alts lying around.
EDIT: I only have the whelpling daycare achievements, the legendary photograph, and 3 storms left to do.
Sorry for the double post, but I found this to be easier from a notification perspective.
What you need to do is to go to the Forbidden Reach with your alt, unlock the vault, go inside and clear the initial trash, and then use the ability you should have gotten from the Dragonscale Expedition called Anomaly Detection Mark I. This will highlight treasures for you, including the lootable books.
Have a look around if you see the Old God book around (which I assume is the one you need). If it is in there then you can just collect it (the other books seem to spawn very often in there too) and then collect the rest of the books to get the achievement. If it is not there then you can repeat this with as many alts as you have, and if you need keys you can buy them for Dragon Isles supplies.
i am doing it, but the annoying loot speciallist , I am still missing then I can go to complete the other acievements.

I did this with the book, one my alts had the Old God books and nothing else. Was so much easier to just get it done on that alt than wait on my main who had everything else.
Now I just need the scrolls and treasures on reach which I feel is a worse grind tho.
If you can try to find scroll farming groups. For me it was a solid 2-3 hour grinding to get the 41 scrolls I needed to reach 50.
The treasures were a royal pain as well, but atleast you aren’t relying on RNG for it to show up like the book.
It seems like ‘Taking From Nature’ is bugged. Burning ascent isn’t rewarded properly despite unlocking the nets.
how long it take you to get the bakar skins?
Only one I’m worried about not completing.
Someone mentioned on NA forum that you have to finish the Harpoon thingy and get that achievement. After that it should count regularly.
For your other post on Bakar colors… I am at around 150 hunts for my last color, still no luck… its super annoying.
I honestly don’t remember, I had all those done when they were current content. I wasn’t missing too much to complete Taivan.
Two things left - ONE: FIRE storm in Ohnaran Plains - Just that - haven’t been one in 13 days…
Two: one more cataloging quest for Legendary albums - probably up on Sunday.
But the Fire storm - I might have to wait another month or so.
Got the book this week

1x Whelp flight quest (not seen the missing red one since… ages, actually never seen it)
Max Dream warden renown (Lazy to grind and just came back)
1x Ohn’ahran plains Storm (naturally according WoWhead when the serves was down the storm was up i miss…)
3X Thaldraszus storm
