i have question. who liften dalaran from place where it was, and how they sustained it in the air ? or someone keeping spell all the time / concentration ?

i was sure it was one wizard holding it up and others powering it now and then or using some artifact
I’m sure I’ve read somewhere that it was self-suspended in the air. Like the trick was to lift it, then it was floating on it’s own

but that must’ve been long after they took book of medieveth ?

Zokhalie you are right. The actual reason whas because after they finally rebuild Dalaran, they decided this time to Fly because in the Air the only Undead capable of holding out against the Anti-Undead Shields are Frostwyrm and the Scourge back then had not enough to lose them in a pointless attack on one city.
On land a mass of monstrocities and Scourge Giants could have overrun the City but in the air the city whas well defended.
