Who do we contact regarding the resurrection of a character on the Soulseeker Anniversary Hardcore realm that was killed due to the recent DDOS attacks? Your latest statement about the DDOS attacks states gamemasters/customer support cannot help, so who do we contact when the promise of resurrection does not materialise?
Since the announcement, I have been waiting for this character (Scargiver) to be moved back to the Soulseeker Hardcore realm after I moved it to the Thunderstrike Normal realm following death on Monday 24 March 2025. The death occurred due to a disconnect mid-fight in Searing Gorge. When I finally managed to log back in, I was at 2% HP, the mob I had been previously fighting was next to me (at full hp) and I was one shot before I had a chance to drink a health pot. I know the disconnect was not due to a local issue as my browser continued to work while I tried to log back in and it is reported in numerous places (including this forum) that DDOS attacks were occurring during the period I died.
I apologise if you are still working on getting players resurrected but I feel feedback/notice from those responsible for this task would be beneficial to all in a similar position as me, so we can decide how to move on (reroll on HC, continue play on normal, or give up WOW and play Hello Kitty instead).
