Updating Wrath Classic and tried a few times now it comes up with:

Update: I have uninstalled battlenet and re-installed but now it is stuck installing battlenet 0%
Check you have the correct region & account … click on them all to get the correct one.

Finally I have reinstalled battle.net after 3 hours downloading but unfortunately the error is still appearing.
I fixed this scan and repair loop by deleting the entire Data folder within the WoW folder. Seems it is related to corrupted game data.
