New epic BGs mean absolutely nothing until they start perma banning the scum that is queue syncing premades.

Epic BGs are PvE. I never do those.
They only seem fun if you’re a Marksmanship Hunter or a Balance Druid.

I do like Ashran and AV ngl. Isle of Conquest and WG are not fun imo.
Hopefully, this is more like Ashran.
The problem is premades/syncers.

The problem is that when you stack 40 players at the same spot it stops being PvP.

We didn’t have one in a long while, I think it’s good.
Just need the sync problem dealt with, and it might be enjoyable.

Just is the right word there. Idk, I am not impressed at all. It’s just a here’s-something-so-that-you-don’t-cry-no-more kind of thing.
And yes, instead of simplifying the game, they are adding more talents/modifiers in Midnight.

I liked to play normal BG´s from time to time before bgblitz came out.
Sometimes it was frustrating but it feels good when you could 1vs3 and grab a tower or so.
meanwhile epic bgs are just bad. You join a BG, first zerg normaly wins so people leave the battleground which will lead into a lose anyways.
They said i nthe new bgs theres is something like an event where the first fight matter so why don´t build it inside.
I don´t think epic bgs is what they should be:
Different kind of szenarios with small-large fights across the whole map.
Losing a BG don´t give any arenapoints (only win)
Loosing a bg give like 1/4 of honor
→ Give losing team atleast some arenapoints
→ give loosing team atleast a small buff when there are only 30/40 people left
Peopel nowadays are minmaxer. If it looks like you lose a bg, they leave, hopp on another character and que again
I will definitely not play it. They should work on the rated bgs instead of new unrated bgs
Not at all. PvP is completely ignored and will be even more dead, as per usual with every expansion. The only purpose of the next expansion seems to be that its a good reason to finally quit…unless you are an avid delver, low contenr farmer and middle aged woman, who wants to relive her facebook and sims gaming years.

I will have a look at it but normally i avoid Epic BG. I do Wintergrasp and Ashran at the start of the season for the 1k honor and 250 conquest point quests but other than that it’s not worth the hassle. They should have made the current ones more playable instead of making a new one.

I loved wintergrasp during wrath. For being world pvp zone with quests and every 2 h 40minutes being a big battle.
I hope that new zone turn into wintergrasp 2.0 and not ash…trashran.

Its literally crazy how far off track they are. This patch they selled us the tank changes in pvp and this new “pvp island” in karesh and next addon they hype a new epic bg everyone has waited for. Kappa. Unreal.
