Nobody. Simply they just dont care.
What do you mean fired? They get promoted because they saved money on hardware and later on when all the servers are dead and ppl want to migrate back they will get a ton of money on paid transfers. Employee of the year if you ask me.

It is actually preposterous! How they have shat the greatest realms up by the means of mono faction and now allow ppl to stand afk in dalaran/starting zones the whole days controlling their characters with mobile devices so they wont get logged off.
