Evokers can use every weapon type. There’s also a 2h int mace from stonevault that paladins shamans and druids can use as well as evokers. And an int fist weapon from grim batol for shamans druids monks and evokers.
It seems you can"t explain things when questioned, or at least not in a civil manner.

Not quite.
Shields, guns, bows, crossbows, wands are unusable
When you play holy that spell is on GCD so it feels so bad to press it.
I did prefer when it was off GCD back then it was smooth gameplay.
They should change it into something else.
It’s a prot paladin iconic spell that is the one spec that can use it properly

I can’t remeber if i ever used it on Holy but I rarely ever heal and know little about it.
