I’ve just reached lvl 50 and went to visit older expansion content in Cataclysm and noticed that all NPC moobs are level ~50 as well. Why?
Is there a way to get them back to their original levels?

But Zidormi should be available just outside Silithus, on the road leading NE out of Silithus, at Valor’s Rest. That will phase you back to pre-7.3 Silithus and Uldum.
Because Uldum was used as a zone in the last patch.
What did it say? Moobs?
There should be a speech bubble on the map showing you where Zidormi is located so you can switch between the two versions of the zone there.
Yeah you gotta talk to Zidormi in Uldum, as new Uldum content is part of BfA.
