Why are Shaman Glyphs so rubbish?

As the title says, why are ALL our glyphs so bad ?
Other classes get lots of cool ones but ours are dull / terrible / boring etc. etc. etc.

Would love things along the lines of changing the appearance of our elementals not just reducing the size or maybe lightning / fire / frost appearance for our ghost wolf…

Any other suggestions ???

I would prefer to have glyph to transform my wolves and Ghost wolf form → to small elementals - like a small elemental tornados
