I’ve noticed all the Shadowlands transmog is already in the appearance tab, except for the covenant sets.
For a lot of people, the covenant they choose will be based on the transmogs from the covenants, and often what unique transmog they could build with pieces from the sets instead of using full sets.
If they don’t appear in the Appearance tab before you pick your covenant it’s gonna be a big hazzle for people with a lot of alts to make their choice.
I agree that it should be in the appearance tab but the game does show you the tmog before you make your final decision, as well as being able to play with the abilities more.
That same thing also goes for alot of other shadowlands gear in general. But i do think it’s because they are hiding them until a hotfix, after Launch. Then everyone after said Hotfix will see them.
