Why are there already lvl.70 boosts on sale?

Wasn’t it supposed to be only available 90 days after launch (and maybe not even then) ?

Minimum of 90 days applies to FRESH Realms only. Every other realm type has no restriction on this.

Oh, I see.
Nevertheless I can’t believe they had the nerve to bring paid booster to Classic to begin with.

Level 58 boosts were on sale until the last week of TBC Classic. Expect the same for WotLK.

I see nothing wrong with a lvl70 boost, if a person wants to play woltk from the get go, and not waste 2-3months in classic-tbc zones. Not everyone plays 10h/day, there are a lot of folks who play max 1h/day, and they would need ~3months to reach 70. There is 0 impact for a hardcore player if some casual buys lvl70.

To be fair it’s pretty naive to think only people wanting to catch up are using the boosts. I mean it’s basically setting a bot right here and there for you, all geared up and ready to start farming Northrend. No need to level it up from zero and for gold farmers that’s good cost to gain ratio.

Not that I’m surprised Blizzard did this… They do like their money and they hate competition (ergo changes to remove boosting services in dungeons).

The thing is, bots will be lvl 80 anyways. Casual players with 1 hour playtime a day have issues getting lvl 80. You dont stop bots form botting, but you stop casual players from playing

(I understand bots abuse boost)

True enough.

Cant believe they had the nerve of not adding rdf, giving goody bags to tanks and healers, etc

Guys, I can’t believe these comments.
How is 70 paid boost ok? So they create a problem and then they offer you a paid option to skip it.
You guys are clearly joking. Clapping in excitement for the opportunity to do so even more funny xD.
I am not trying to impose my will and also no one is forcing me to buy one and I will not.
I just want to point out how funny and ridiculous it is at the same time xD

It makes commercial sense, Blizz is a business.

Level 70 boosts will appeal to new players who didn’t play Classic / TBC but have fond memories of WoLK, and they will also appeal to players who want a stable of different classes to use in Raid but don’t want to level each one from scratch.

I didn’t have the opportunity to play much after classic and casually levelled my Lock and Mage to 70 ready for Wrath - and it’ll take me a month or 2 to get them both to 80 with my available play time.

If I hadn’t played the content over the past 2 years I would absolutely but a couple of level 70 boosts.
