you cant blame technology and people to move on while you re still stuck in the past or dead locked in your choices.

A PC/laptop doesn’t fit in your pocket. A smartphone does and can do pretty much anything a laptop could do, anywhere, anytime, within seconds. Whatever I need, wherever I am, I can do it on my phone in 3 minutes or less.
Look up the nearest bus stop, nearest ATM, look up the public transport schedule, pay my bills, talk to friends, listen to music, watch movies, read the news, make video calls… do I need to go on? And it’s cheaper than a PC.

still i have all what i need on pc to do it so there is no point to waste money where i dont need to waste … i have phone to call ppl when i need that is it … and i dont see what i will do that i really need to do on smart phone

People here send you a lot of sustitutes to the smartphone to use authenticator. If you can’t see it and don’t want to use it is your problem. Just left the game as you really want without doing anything

Is there a good guide somewhere with how to set it up?
I only recently got a phone suitable to run the app (my previous Nokia was 8 years old). Consider getting it just for the pet and the 4 bag slots. The group finder thing won’t impact me much, I do use it for my alts sometimes where my main can help them clear an old dungeon for a quest or something.
I’m sorry but you’re just making excuses to not use a smartphone at this point. There are no negatives to owning even a cheap one. Believe it or not, nearly everyone who has a smartphone also has a PC, just like you, because it is useful.
I handle a lot of things on my phone and I’m not restricted to doing it when I’m home sitting at my desk. I can do it anywhere.

what i need to do instantly that i cant wait to come home or just taking laptop from my back pack and do it like a man … simply it is just waste of money if i have already laptop … simply if im going to work or from work i dont want that something disturb me … i have time when i come home and that is it … if u want do everything instantly why u are traveling that is your decision but that is just not for me

Hi Ludidoktor,
Unfortunately, Blizzard no longer manufactures token authenticators, otherwise your problem could be easily resolved. I bought mine when it was still available and I’ve been using it for 10+ years.
What you can still try to do is to install an emulator on your computer to emulate a mobile device and install the authenticator there. There are some free emulators available on the internet, I have used that for another game when I did not have a smartphone. Check out https://www.bluestacks.com/ if you would like. I hope this helps.
