1 they simply dont care
2 they are russ premades players them self
3 they count you will be so tilted so they can ban you for ragging at chatt
4 they want pvp dead and doing evrything to achieve that
Pick your choice

Seriously speaking, since there’s a rule to not queue with more than 5 ppl, breaking the rule should result in penalties, but I haven’t heard anyone being banned.
It’s puzzling for me too why there are no measures taken.
People made decent suggestions, like deserter debuff if invite is not accepted immediately, all random bgs to be solo queue only…
When will we finally see results against q-syncing premades??
One reason might be is because in Midnight when addon functionality pruning will happen Q-Synching will be not available, and until then they don’t care.
If it wasent a problem why change anything to adress problems when facing premades?
Like the fact you cant see the the opposing teams names until the battle starts. So premades are not the problem but the leavers are when they see who they face?
Yes, I noticed this recently. I haven’t played in a few years. You’re right.
But it has not solved the problem. They need to start banning premade leaders.
If they are playing bgs and know that ppl leave when they see certain names or realms (RU, DE), then they’d know who leads the premades.
They are never gonna solve the problem as i genuinely dont think there is a way to actually solve it.
Ban the leaders… for what? Timing the queue?
Ill just continue not to ress in those games and tell others to do the same. Makes the games faster, i dont get debuff and i dont drag another one into the game.
If enough ppl do this and becomes the norm, the premades will play against none or other premades.
Thats might have been the actual reason they did the hidden name thing, so they wont know if the other side is also a premade until the game starts and everyone has joined.
Timing the queue to bypass the rule of no more than 5 ppl is bannable, yes.
" intentionally bypassing a limit set in the game is a bannable offense."
The problem is that legally, it can be argued that these people have ended in the same bg as a coincidence, that they don’t know each other, etc.
If premades did the grouping inside the game, they would have been punished long ago.
Oh, fairly sure ive seen Blizz state that they did not see it that way at all. Proof is also in their inaction to ban them so… yhea
Hmm … no, this can’t be. Then why put a restriction of 5 ppl at all?
If for example there’s a limit of 5 dungeons per day that players can run and they run a 6th by manipulating the game’s system from the outside, they’d be banned very fast.
Oh. These are dungeons, this is PVE, Blizzard pays real attention to it. Our “mini-game” pvp doesn’t matter obviously.
Because its how the queue system works and it can simply be “bypassed” by timing. To change the system on how the queue works to fix this would make one thing sure to happen - an increase to the queue timer and i think by a far margin.
Its a case of “the cure is worse than the dissease”.
In the end its a player base created problem and the player base is the one to solve it. I do my part in what little i can. Player base is extreamly slow to change however so not holding my breath on this.
They can make random bgs solo queue only. And make another, “wargames” type bgs which include all bgs and where all kind of grouping is allowed. Problem solved. Solo players won’t queue there knowing they will face larger premade groups, so it will be premade vs premade where they can scratch their itch as much as they want.
2 problems
This would incentivize joining a premade community, this time it will be legal. If I play with 1 more person, nothing stops us from joining to play with 10 more for example. Even better and more fun.
Premades will face other premades. Oh, I forgot, they want to face solo randoms so to be able to totally dominate them. It won’t happen in the new “wargames” bgs. It’s very possible that people who only want to bully randoms will not join the new wargames, but this is even better.
They won’t be rated. Losing rating and rated content in general is competitive and adds stress. I think that wargames will be fine for people that want to honor farm, but with some challenge/tactical twist.
Solo queues will be for new players, those who want to learn their class, casual pvp-ers who want to just chill, etc.
Forgot to add: it should be done the same as with the twinks in the past - put them into their own bracket.
Was never ilegal tho… only in your mind.
Nothing stop you now.
So 80 ppl will need to queue for an epic to start, siphoning 80 ppl from epic solo games? and thats just 1 game.
And for the Premade that wants to stomp the other team and not face a premade… timed solo queue with their ppl?
Twinks didnt wanna lvl from BGs while many players did lvl alts from BGs. So to solve the twinkers issue they created another when they added the stop lvling funktion. That later had to be solved aswell with their own bracket. Is the twink bracket live and well these days?
Q-syncing is illegal.
q-syncing to enter with a group larger than 5 is breaking the rules.
Timed solo queues are nearly impossible to q-sync, IMO.
I’ve no idea how the twink bracket is doing now. They put them into their own “space” because twinks were harassing other players, mostly levelers, in the bg.
Blizz stated many years ago that multiboxing was ok, and then banned people.
And what is “Blizzard statement”? Opinion of company that bullied it’s employees to full burnout or ending their own lives.
People who runs Q-Synch they not only monitor queues of each other, they see who got the queue as their enemy, Venruki had a detailed video about this sustem.
Simple solution for premades is to limit the amount of people in the group who can queue together to 2 or 3, Systematically prevent people getting to the random BGS in the group from same guild/social group/friend list.
Will it affect the queue times of groups - yes, will it affect the random players - no.
If the rule is not enforced it doenst matter. If it doesnt matter its not “illegal”… stop using terms like that.
Blizz are very wishy washy with their rules but until they actually ban them for it, it just doesnt matter. Same answer applies to Zash
its in a gray area:

pvp is like 5% of the overall game, evne on the forum the pvp part is literally the last mention in it…
pvp also is mostly “rated pvp” or (worse) arena only.
and even when people DO quit pvp, they don’t quit wow itself very often
and lastly, ppl need to understand that it works in the opposite direction
if everyone quits bgs, nothing is going to be fixed
if everyone played normal bgs, they would be HYPER polsihed by today
blizzard develops the game in the direction players do play it, forum complains wont matter, specially when we quit and don’t play, o 5% playerbase who is actually 2% playerbase has just become 1.8% playerbase? who cares.
I see, this reply means Blizzard have not paid any attention to the issue, meaning they need to sit and decide “to ban or not to ban”. They’re busy with other things, but since the GM said we should keep bringing feedback, so we do and will continue to do so.
This is just something half-worked by Blizzard. A half-cooked stew. They put a restriction of 5 man (eg. removed the possibility to freely queue with full premade groups) because there was a reason for this, then they saw the problem still exists and they need to make more changes. But when? if they launch the new 40 vs 40 bg with q-syncing still there… my, oh my. Poor us.
