Queue doesn’t work like that. It doesn’t put 5 ppl at the same group if groups queue at the same time.

Did you play during the current Ashran in Draenor? It was a fight that lasted forever.
Some players took on the role of a leader and the team without a leader simply endured until a leader appeared in the team or people simply left…
Closer to the middle of the addon, everything looked like this, you go in and see if the opponent has a leader, if they do, and your team does not, you just leave or die 364435 times.
As my experience tells me, the new BG will be something similar.
If synchronization is prohibited, of course, no one will do it, and if they do, they will be punished. I do not argue with this.

I’ve been playing for over two years in a Synchronized Epic BGS community (The strongest one). I know exactly how the system works. If I tell you you don’t need addons, I mean you don’t need them.

I did, I spent the entire expansion in Ashran then.
But the fights were different than the fights now vs q-syncers. Then, when there was a leader, they didn’t use refined (preliminary planned), more special, tactics. The leading was more general, like “everyone goes to the left”, or “we try to enter through the back door”. There is a difference between leading randoms that may or may not listen, and leading a premade with which you play for hours every day to farm honor through particular bg tactics, where groups are defined and each group follows the command in audio. A few days ago one such premade leader seemingly queued on their own and tried to lead us (randoms), exactly in Ashran. Ppl barely listened and it failed.

Watched some fury warry try leading on alliance end of last season poor boy quit within a week.
If people wanna lead they better off on Horde alliance has major problems when it comes to bots non english speakers/ppl with disabled chats and people literally sabotaging by perma dying/being not available for basic stuff like getting solar/ambush and what not.

The duo kill only worked because he is a very good rdruid, i knew if someone can pull it off its him so i was lucky he was in that team and understood what i wanted from him
It was also the only realistic timing if we would have played for teamfight you would probably have had the upperhand to keep my team occupied enough to have spare people defending.
Also killed the boss another ashran solo when he was exposed and horde pushed out of base,start of the season you can sometimes be lucky to pull things off 
I once watched 3 good Rogues kill a boss in ~8 seconds, right in a building, surrounded by mobs. Ashran is no longer a PvP zone due to the complete lack of scaling.
Just remove the ability to queue for random Bgs as a group or no more than 2, if you want to play with more, go and play rated bgs.
Yup, premades are cancer, today alone i played agnist same end i mean same 10 ppl russ premade 3 times out of 5 bgs, once we got decent team and fight our ground then russ players mostly mele start idk teleporting, you surely seen that it is like lagging, so russ not only abusing q syncing they are cheaters if q syncing alone dont give them enough advantage.
