Why can’t I report by right clicking the griefers/abusers name in the Victory/Defeat screen.
Doesn’t make sense.

Considering how hard it is to contact blizzard and how hard they try to make you not do that by confusing and dead end full mandatory dialogue before you get to write anything, my wild guess is that they dont want you to report anything, so they dont have to pay ppl to read your reports. I wish this was just a sarcasm.

I think they dont want you to Report people at the end of the game, just because you have got mad for losing CR
Report system wants you to report during game, so you can reward them with free win if possible while you digging throu menus.
